There is no minimum amount of users for any of our pricing packages. However, we do charge a minimum order value per package: €149 for Starter, €299 for Essential, and €399 for Professional. This means that each package comes with 100 user licences before you start paying for additional users.

We don't charge any implementation fees. With Starter, you get one implementation call. Essential and Professional customers receive unlimited support from our Customer Success team.

There is a one-off €500 set-up fee if you want an integration with one of our existing integration partners. If you want us to integrate with a new HR/WFM-system, there is a €2.000 set-up fee.

In-app branding to match your organization's look & feel is included in the Essential & Professional packages. Essential and Professional customers can also receive a fully whitelabeled app, for an additional €200 per month.

Customers with a Starter package get general support through email, chat, and phone. Customers with an Essential package have access to our team of Customer Success Managers and Professional customers get a dedicated Customer Success Manager with priority access.
