The SLIM scheme (Subsidy for Learning & Development in SMEs) is designed for organizations with fewer than 250 employees that want to structurally support the growth of their workforce.

The SLIM subsidy allows you to further develop your teams with Oneteam while increasing engagement. Under the scheme, 60% of your internal time investment and external expenses (including Oneteam) are covered.

For the subsidy application, we work together with Ignite Group, an experienced partner that knows both the SLIM scheme and Oneteam inside out. Once your application is drawn in the lottery, they guide you through the full process of securing approval, taking most of the work off your hands.
The application periods for the SLIM subsidy take place annually in March and September. The process consists of four steps:
