How it works

How does the
application work?

The application periods for the SLIM subsidy take place annually in March and September. The process consists of four steps:

1

Application

During an intake, we define the content of the project together, after which Ignite drafts the application. Some formal documents are required, which you will be informed about.
2

Lottery

An independent notary holds a lottery shortly after submission. If your application isn’t selected, Ignite will resubmit it free of charge in the next round.
3

Approval

If approved, a kick-off is scheduled and you receive an advance of 50% of the subsidy amount.
4

Execution

You then have 12 months to complete the project.
